Most of the national level examination attracts the brightest students from all the states. However, for the average student there are various state level examinations, where the competition is not so stringent and the number of available seats is much higher. The placement record, of many such institutes, is good enough to offer a fair chance of employment with a decent pay package. All state examination boards reserve some percentage of seats for regional students. This is a great option for those students who for either economical or personal reasons don’t want to go to another state.
