Aztec Soft is a software based service company that recruits
students that pass of the eligibility criteria of having secured 65% or
more in aggregate in all semesters. The recruitment procedure consists
of 5 rounds consisting of a written test, a group discussion, two
technical interviews and a HR interview.
Division of Paper:
The paper for written test is basically inclusive of 5 sections: Logical reasoning, Analytical reasoning, General aptitude, English and C Programming. The questions carry negative markings for wrongly answered questions. The logical, analytical and general aptitude section consists of questions based on puzzles, quantitative knowledge and Data Interpretation problems.
Time allotted for the Examination and the marks:
The paper contains total of 34 questions based on analytical ability and 60 minutes for solving them.
Paper Pattern:
The paper is divided into sections based on the type of question asked. Section A is constituted of questions from the book–Puzzles & Teasers by George J. Summers and quant and verbal questions from R.S.Agarwal’s verbal and non-verbal book. Section B consists of questions of C programming. Programs to print patterns and other primitive type programs with length constraints. Section C tests the basic knowledge of C++theory.
