The pattern of the placement paper of Birlasoft is given below:
The whole selection process consists of three parts- written exam, group discussion, and personal interview. The pattern of the written test can be changed anytime, but a general pattern is provided here. The written test consists of 50 questions and the time allotted is 1 hour. There is also a negative marking of ¼ marks for each wrong answer. The questions are divided in three parts. The first part is technical part which consists of 20 questions. The second part consists of 20 questions from quantitative aptitude and the third part consists of 10 questions from English.
The technical questions will be based generally on programming. The aptitude portion is not much tough. Elementary mathematical and logical questions are there in this section. The English section contains questions based on vocabulary, antonyms-synonyms, idioms-phrases, comprehension etc.
