Convergys is a renowned company. The company recruits fresh engineering
graduates from the reputed engineering colleges throughout the country.
The pattern of the selection process and the test is given here.
The selection process of the company consists of three stages-
• Written test
• HR Interview
• Technical Interview
So first of all let us take the written test. There are four sections in the written test. They are
a. Aptitude and Reasoning
b. Programming Skills
c. Technical Ability
d. English
The first three sections are of 20 marks each and each of them consists of 20 questions. The last section consists of 15 questions and carries 15 marks.
Generally there is no negative marking in the written test of Convergys. The cut-off is anywhere between 35 and 40, out of 75 marks. The first section of the written test can be practiced from any standard aptitude book. Programming skills and Technical ability are two key areas of the test. Proper attention should be paid to these areas. English is not too difficult.
Those who clear the written test are called for the interview. There are two interviews- Technical and HR. any of the two can follow the written test.
