Flextronics hold written as well as interview which recruiting fresh graduates. There is a written test, two rounds of technical interview culminating in the last HR interview. The written test has question based on grammar, analytical reasoning, general aptitude, data structure and algorithms, C or C ++ (you are free to choose either of the two) and a written communication paper comprising of a single question. There are a total of seven papers with a time limit of 90 minutes.
In the grammar section there are general grammar related questions and a passage reading. There are 15 questions in all here. In the analytical reasoning part, there are 20 questions for 20 marks. Each question is followed by two statements. You can answer it by using either of the two statements. The general aptitude section again has 20 questions. The data structure and algorithms can be a little tricky if adequate preparation is not done. It could even be a little time consuming when compared to the others.
The C or C++ papers are relatively easy with lower cutoffs for candidates of other branches. After the successful clearance of the written test, the student will be called for a technical interview. This will take two rounds. Following that you have an HR interview. By this stage your entry into the organization is certain.
