Genpact is one of the leading companies of world and to meet the demands and expectations of its clients the company recruits good engineers from leading colleges throughout the length and breadth of India. The company has a long recruitment process. Most of the times it has three phases, written Test, GD and Interview, but sometimes there may be 4 phases, first two being the same and Interview being divided into HR and Technical. A student has to perform well in all the above phases to get into this reputed company.
The written test is very easy. It contains questions from Mathematics, logical reasoning and compositions. If you are well prepared then written test won’t be a problem for you. After that the selected candidates have to sit for a GD. In this round the candidates are selected based on how fluent they are, how much aware they are of the current affairs and how smoothly they can talk. In Interview a student is asked mainly technical questions. They may also ask to write some programs or explain the algorithm or explain with the help of flowchart. They may also ask basics of Physic and Chemistry.
