It conducts an aptitude test for the purpose of recruitment. Mainly this company needs Electronics and telecommunications Engineers and Computer Science Engineers. In aptitude test questions are set from Basic Electronics, Digital Electronics, Microprocessors and Microcontrollers, Operating System, C, C++, Data Structures, Computer Architecture etc. A student has to prepare these subjects very well in order to get maximum in the aptitude test. The candidates who are selected in the aptitude test are then allowed to sit for HR or Interview round. Final list of the candidates are declared after this round only.
