RS Software Placement Papers

RS Software India Limited is a software services organization and is a Kolkata based company. It has employee strength of over 450. It is a Level 3 PCMM, Level 4 SEI CMM, BS7799 and ISO9001:2000 assessed company. The company urgently requires fresh graduates having good communication skills. Local candidates having mainframe development knowledge would be preferred. The candidates must be either a B.tech or B.E. or M.Tech or M.Sc or MCA graduate. The remuneration of the candidates would be as per the Industry Standards. The candidates are required to sit for a recruitment test which would be conducted by the Company itself.

The RS Software Placement Papers has Aptitude or Numerical Ability Section, Verbal Section, Series Section and Flowchart Section.  In Aptitude Section questions are based on Mathematics. In Verbal Section candidates have to rite synonyms of the words provided. In Series section candidates have to complete the series. This section is a bit tough and contains 26 questions which are to be answered in 10 minutes, so candidates are advised to keep track of the time. In Flowchart section each flowchart has 5-6 blank diamonds or rectangles with sub question number in them. These blanks are to be filled with the 5 options which are provided with respective question number.
